TED Talks

DCM TED’s youth and education initiative aims to spark and celebrate the ideas and knowledge-sharing of teachers and students around the world. Everything DCM TED-Ed does, supports learning — whether it is producing a gallery of skilledspeakers with elaborate, thought provoking experiences or micro to macro info-share of Technology, Entertainment and Discovery talks. They could be debunking myths and upholding causes done through TED ED library of original animated lessons, providing an international platform for teachers to create their own interactive lesson plans, helping curious students around the globe bring TED to their schools and gain presentation literacy skills, or celebrating innovative leadership within TED-Ed’s global network.

The DCM TED-Ed Club program supports students in discovering, researching, exploring and presenting their big ideas in the form of short, TED-style talks. The TED Ed parent body invites the most compelling speakers from TED-Ed Clubs to New York twice a year. The club reaches out to students of all ages, encouraging them to gain confidence, explore flexible public speaking skills and opportunities to connect with a global network of passionate youth with tender ideas worth sharing.

The clubs have been active past so many years bringing professionalism in expression, presentation, public appearance and speaking live with informed research and concept maps inculcating personality development across students of junior and senior classes. We, at DCM Schools, follow the policy of No Child Left Behind Policy which softly nurtures every student’s overall development.

The DCM TED Ed community objectives are to initiate our students to become part of the global TED Community and evolve as TED Speakers, TED Fellows, TED Translators or perhaps, TEDx Organizers They experience personal development across various prestigious platforms with manifold benefits attached professionally.
